Caring for your jewelry:
Especially if you live in a place that rains frequently (like Seattle!) it's important to be mindful of how you store your bright silver jewelry. Keeping your collection in a sealed jewelry box or bag, or jewelry organizer away from the elements will help prolong the life of the brightness of your favorite earrings, ring, necklace, or bracelet.
Tiny Fat Bird Jewelry is a bit more utilitarian than your average collection, and the silver pieces can be brightened up by a scrub with a Brillo pad and some Bon Ami. As long as you take off your oxidized pieces prior to showering, and keep them stores when not worn, you'll prevent your shampoo or the elements from stripping away the finish that you fell in love with!
Caring for your tenugui/ritual cloths:
SGW Crow & Cat cloths ship folded, and may arrive creased. They can be ironed, or steamed in your dryer, and laid flat or hung. Hand wash recommended.
Shipping Info:
We ship all orders via USPS. TFB work ships via flat rate tracked and insured USPS Priority, and we're watching for the upcoming 2021 changes to the Post Office rates and shipping times. SGW Stickers, cloths and prints ship via USPS, see rates at checkout.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please go over your shipping information carefully at checkout.
General Information:
We do our best to photograph each item accurately; please be aware that the image color may appear differently depending on your computer/phone/tablet screen settings.
Return Policy:
-In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can only refund the cost of the item/s you purchased, not the cost of shipping.
-When the item is returned to us, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
-Please contact us within five days of receipt of purchase if you have any questions or return requests regarding your purchase.
-For items you would like exchanged or refunded, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item/s back to us, and the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you.
-Please mark "Return" on the package, and ship it back to us via the post office. Returns will be started upon receipt of the returned item/s in their original, new and unused condition.
-If an item arrives having been damaged in transit, please contact us with images so that we can file a claim with USPS.
